This 60 minute session aligns your physical body, reduces stress, and promotes healing in a variety of ways. As much as I would like to make this sound like run-of-the-mill reiki, it isn't. You will become the authentic you- you are limitless! I just help you to believe it.

Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is an incredibly efficient way to get to the root of problems within us that we can't seem to solve. Hypnotherapy can heal past trauma, fears, weight release, grief, various anxieties, or anything that is causing you to feel stuck in your life.
I also offer past life regression, which I highly recommend for all spiritual seekers.

Spirit Connection
