The truth of you is inside of you like code. You carried it here when you were born, the frequency at which your vibration is pure: purely, authentically you. Why does this matter- Authenticity?
Authenticity is power.
Authentic action is not marred by society’s expectations, parental trauma, childhood troubles, life’s blows, energetic habits, or fear of any kind. Authentic action is when you respond to the world from pure love and clear vision. It is you walking into a room and encountering each of life’s experiences with freedom from fear. It is you leading the way with clarity of vision, never questioning yourself, each decision carrying the frequency of you and brightly colored by your wisdom. It is you, always having access to everything you know and have learned. It is you, being able to appreciate yourself and your gifts in every situation. Never comparing. Never adjusting your energy to fit. Understanding your purpose, your passions, and the gifts you bear for this world without question.
Can you imagine the freedom? The utter joy of it?
The path towards freedom and ascension isn’t upward and onward, it is inward. Authenticity is not something we gain, but something we uncover. The muscle we must flex is that of release. We are archaeologists of our own truth- gently brushing away the fears, people-pleasing, triggered responses, ingrained habits, and energetic complementing that served us so well in childhood and early adulthood, but seems now only to be holding us back. We greet each layer of dust with care, and even gratitude, for the gift it once gave us: keeping us safe.
Our primal brains are masters at survival, and we all developed energetic pathways and responses in order to navigate this life as safely as possible. But living in survival mode is not a path towards authenticity, and you have come to a juncture where your early survival skills are no longer serving you. In fact, you may have found that you repeated some of the patterns in your life that you had hoped to be rid of. But it’s okay! Freedom is available. Authenticity is within you, and it can be uncovered in its wholeness.
The truth of you is in you.
You are not broken.
You are not a sinner.
You do not need to be saved.
There is no prayer that must be spoken.
There is no punishment you must endure.
You are whole.
You are divine.
You are a gift, to all of us.
